The customer service and the technicians Andrew and Matt were very courteous and effective. However, the charge of $350 + tax for literally a 20 minute garage opener installation is not a fair nor competitive price. No matter how appealing and courteous ate the service reps there does need to be a fair and reasonable side to the business/customer price side of the process. Not even doctors and lawyers charge that kind of hourly rate. I’m hoping that there is a management review of this charge for evaluation and reconsideration of the $350 charge relative to time, difficulty versus cost and fair net profit. Thank you.
