Lewis was quick, efficient and informative.. he quickly diagnosed and remedied my issue with the door. He did a full assessment an the health of my door and opener system and advised of any replacements that may need to be made. I appreciate his knowledge and professionalism. Technician, Isaac, arrived at my home early this morning to try to open my stuck closed garage door. He examined the situation and tried a few things but the door was not raising more than a few inches. Isaac was prepared to climb in through a small window if necessary to get the door open and working properly. He tried once more to move parts that he barely had access to from the top of the slightly open door and after one more try, he somehow was able to get the door open, and avoid the window climb. Did I mention that all of this was taking place during a freezing rain and sleet? Once inside, Isaac accessed the problems with my opener, explained what was wrong and gave me 2 repair options and their prices. He answered all of my questions. I opted to replace all the parts that Isaac suggested not just the ones that failed. He said he could do it right away told me how long it would take. About an hour later everything was working perfectly. He replaced several cables, pulleys and rollers and made repairs where mounting brackets came loose. By the way, the parts that failed were all parts that I opted not to change in 2019 when I got my new opener from Precision. A suggestion: If you’re getting a new opener, replace whatever parts they recommend, it will cost less in the long run!

I chose Precision Garage Door Service after seeing their trucks in my neighborhood. They came promptly to replace my garage door opener and related parts and cables. Danny did an excellent job, and when a minor adjustment was needed Ryan came out the very next day to fix the issue. The technicians as well as the office staff were all well trained and easy to deal with. Good company and good experience!

I saved your flyer from a mailing. The flyer was very professional-looking. My initial interaction with your company by telephone confirmed my initial opinion. I made an appointment for the very next day. The installer (Francisco) called to ask if he could arrive early (which was fine with me). He was courteous and competent. The entire installation of a belt-drive garage door opener took less than 2 hours. Francisco explained how everything worked and removed the old opener, plus all the packing material. I was very satisfied with the entire experience.

i chose precision because of all the great reviews they had and because of the customer service i received prior to the appointment. the man i spoke to Nick, was very helpful and answered all my questions, the technician Andre was Awesome, from calling me 1st thing in the morning to let me know i was his 2nd call and he would be there between 10 and 12 to calling back to let me know he finished his 1st call early and would be earlier than expected to my house. Andre was very professional and courteous, explaining everything that was wrong with my garage door opener and what the options were to get it working again. i chose to replace the whole unit as it had been in there for over 20 years. the whole job was done in a timely manner and Andre was very patient in explaining the new system to me. All in all it was a very good experience and i am very happy with both the company and the tech they sent to my home. i haven't had to use the new door opener yet as my car is in the shop for repair, but i don't expect any problems and if there are any i am sure the company will continue with their excellent customer service to resolve them to my satisfaction.

Our garage door did not close called, Joe and Danny came to the rescue who were very courteous and did a great job. I was so very surprised of the cost for springs, cables, bolts and screws. Wow it was high but I needed it done we have a 10 year guarantee it is working properly now
