My elderly parents garage door needed to be replaced. A few years ago I needed to replace my electric garage door opener and I would get Precision coupons in the mail periodically. I called Precision and had a very good experience with them installing my garage door opener. So, I called Precision to give my parents a quote on a new garage door. Mike Chwalek, a Precision Technician came to my parents and took measurements and sat down with them and myself as I was handling this. Mike was a very professional and knowledgeable man and explained the whole process of ordering the garage door. Mike gave me his cell phone number in case I had any questions. I did text him a few times and he returned my text with a phone call and text. He answered all the questions I had. I could not be any happier with how Mike helped us. The Technician Greg Rambadadt and his assistant came an installed the garage door. They both were very professional, cleaned and took old garage door with them. It took them about 3 hours to install the door. We were very pleased with the whole overall process and installation on the garage door. We will highly recommend Precision to anyone we know who needs work or needs garage doors or openers.

Gina met our garage door requirements and suggested a good Insulated door at a relatively competitive price. We have rats entering the sides of the garage door moulding. Hopefully the new install will prevent this.

I was having problems with my garage door and made an appointment with Precision to come take a look and repair if necessary. Isaac arrived exactly on-time and examined my door and components. He explained everything in great detail and presented me with options of how much I wanted done. Isaac made the repairs quickly and efficiently after we agreed what needed to be done, and I appreciated that he didn't try to "upsell" me on anything I didn't need. I was also very impressed with Precision's communications -- before, during and after the process -- perhaps the best from any company I have experienced recently. I will definitely recommend them to others and will reach out again myself if I need any other work done.

There was a coupon in the value pack advertising your business. I called and made a appointment for the same day. Louis called before he came and reviewed what was wrong with the garage door and explained to me what needed to be done and the cost of the repairs. I agreed and he repaired the garage door and showed me how to lubricate certain parts of the door. He was professional and he clean up after he finished the job. I would use your company again.

Gave me a price of $1100 to replace a garage door opener and said springs and rollers needed to be replaced. Promised to email an estimate but never received it and charged a $70 service fee. Had Home Depot install a Chamberlain belt driven 3/4 hp for $315. Other parts NOT NEEDED. Let the buyer beware.

Discovering you via your website this morning and beginning with my first contact with Precision Door, Julie was so very kind, courteous and concerned with the issue of my car being trapped in my garage after a spring broke. Joel S. contacted me about 1 hour later and arrived 20 minutes after that. Joel is most definitely a very professional, qualified, efficient and genuinely kind young man. He throughly and clearly explained all my options regarding either repair or replacement. Seeing as the garage door is original to my 60+ Year old home and the opener was near 38 years old, I have opted to have your company install a new door with opener which will take about 3 weeks from now. And yes, seeing your rating with BBB and reviews, I was confident that I was dealing with a very reputable company. I believe that both Joel and Julie are definite assets to your company

It was a pleasure doing business with precision. The service was very fast efficient and the follow up was outstanding. The technician Isreal was very experienced and knowledgeable. He talked me through my current needs as well as possible future expectations without the pressure of a salesman. He addressed the issues for which he was sent and even asked if there were any other issues that needed to be addressed while he was there. The attention was exceptional. Pricing was higher than some competitors but management worked with me to keep me in my budget and the quality is worth the price.
