Feb 7 2024 Hello, All can say is the service is fabulous! Isaac came right on time, and did complete over hall of all the old stuff we had here. He is neat, clean, quiet and really took the time to do everything he said he would do. When he finished the whole garage was clean!! then he walked me through all the new things he installed. My biggest fear was that I could not get out of this garage in case of another power outage. I could never pull the cord to unlock the unit in order to raise the door. Then the key pad went out, so no one could even get in!! Isaac fixed it all! Now I have the confidence to come and go, and my kids can get into the house in case of an emergency. So thank you, thank you, thank you, and keep sending out those promos in the mail! they work! Isaac and all the work he did is worth every penny. Keep Isaac he`s the best! Stay well Vicky

Robert was professional, thorough and efficient. We appreciated the quick turnaround. Spring broke yesterday and they were here the next morning, replacing the springs with safety cables, rollers and cables. Turns out all were worn. Would definitely recommend Precision Garage door repair.

I was very happy with the service performed. I called them because of all the good reviews on Angie's List. They also have an impressive and informative website. Hunter Hanemann was the lead technician. He explained the problem very well and gave a couple of different options. Several parts had to be replaced because they were wearing out. The first sign was the chain was sagging. He resolved the problem and the garage door is working very well. He was very professional and very nice to deal with. Prior to arriving, he called that he would be there in about two hours, which I appreciated. He also called me half hour before he would arrive. I would use the company again and recommend them highly.

Definitely a 5 star rating - Technician kept me updated during the day about his estimated arrival time. After assessing the situation, he gave me 3 options and clearly explained each. Excellent professionalism; came on time and expertly diagnosed problems and problem solving ideas. Two man crew estimated the job at 1 hr and completed their work in a timely manner. They even broom swept the garage floor. Was offered a veterans discount. I would clearly recommend your company and am doing so to one of my sons.
