Trustworthy is the word I would use to describe this company. I had an issue with my garage door that I worried might cost me hundreds or even thousands of dollars. The tech was here 10 minutes total and my bill was $0.00. Safe to say they have a customer in me for life.

The technician "Danny" was a professional all the way. Totally knowledgeable, immediately determined the problem with the door operation, and explained the estimate for repairs. He performed the needed work and the door worked perfectly when he finished. Excellent job.

We were having an issue with our opener and also noticed the weather stripping missing in one corner. Called on Tuesday morning and was able to get an appointment on Wednesday. Every step in this process was so smooth. Got a call from Corey in the morning asking if they could come earlier, which I greatly appreciated. All issues were fixed. Everything was explained before I agreed to the work. Corey and Jonah were wonderful and professional. Highly recommend!!!!

Robert Weber was the Precision Door Technician who came to fix my door for me. He was wonderful and knew the problem as soon as he saw it. He explained what was wrong, fixed it and then proceeded to check out the rest of the system! I have been a customer of Precision door since 2016 when they installed my new garage door.

Robert was very professional and informative. As I was a new owner to this location he checked the whole door for any issues. He did find some problems. Tim was excellent! He explained everything to me, before he installed my new garage door opener. At the end , he again went over everything that he put in and how to operate the openers and pads, AND about the sensors. He was a real gentleman.

I was extremely happy with your technician Mike Picarello. He was very good and fast and knew exactly what needed to be done so my garage door would work properly after he installed the piece I have been waiting for for so long. If and when I have to call your company again I want you to send Mike. You should make sure he never leaves your employ, good workers are very hard to find these days. You have a 5 star rating in my book because of him and your reputation.
