I called for service and Tech Joe L. was dispatched. He arrived at the promised time, he was professional and knowledgeable. He gave me an on the spot verbal rough estimate and then sent it immediately in writing to my email. I was impressed by the company from the original phone call to the service visit. I was given 3 choices of motors and did not decision at that time. As I may want a non standard installation which would require a different tech. Based on my experience so far I would not hesitate to recommend them.
