Isaac came to our house to inspect our garage door and very effectively communicated our options of fixing vs purchasing all new door and hardware. Found Precision online, read reviews. I left an email message at night and received a call the next morning. Francisco arrived within the hour and he was great. He was knowledgeable and courteous. He diagnosed the problem quickly, broken spring. I was given several options. He did the work I chose quickly and cleanly. When finished he explained how to work everything. My garage door is operational again. Thanks for a great job well done.

This company gets 5 stars from me. They advise customers when they are coming with a time slot and call 1/2 hour before. If running late they notify immediately. I had a new door installed by Israel Hixson. He and his co-workers did a great job. Very professional, courteous kind people. No rush job here, took the time to explain and answered all questions to my satisfaction.
