Shane Fazal was the tech who replaced the motor on my garage door today. He was a total professional and displayed the qualities you want in an employee to represent your company. He reprogrammed my door openers and replaced the key pad on the outside. Shane reviewed everything with me and made sure I was comfortable with the new system. I definitely give him 5 stars. I am so pleased Shane was the technician sent to do the repair at my home today.

The folks at Precision are the best. Israel Hixon, the technician who provided service on my garage doors was on-time, professional and serviced our doors perfectly. I had the pleasure today to meet two of the most professional technicians I have ever met !!!! Tom and Tim. They came exactly when they said they would be at my house and gave me a precise and professional estimate. They made recommendations and fully explained why each thing was needed. As consumers we are quick to write bad reviews and about bad experiences. I believe when professional services are rendered we should write good reviews about great service!!! Tom and Tim epitomize great customer service !!!! They were both professional, knowledgeable and should be publicly acknowledged by Precision Door Executives .
