ESPECIALLY Israel, a knowledgeable, precise, patient technician, who did an OUTSTANDING job on my mother's garage door. My son used you a while back and Precision did a beautiful job on his new garage door. All your reviews were favorable. The best part of the job was your Technician Isaac R. He was informative, courteous, neat and knowledgeable. He had patience explaining everything to us and making sure we understood the whole procedure. He is truly an asset to your company. We called yesterday and Precision came the very next day to evaluate our garage door issues. They explained it to us and repaired it within a few hours on the same day. We decided to install a whole new garage door opener since ours was about 20 years old. Very happy with the service they provided.

Issac Rodriguez was great. Came, did the work, was neat and clean. Cleaned it all up and gave a thorough explanation. He gave me all options and was very professional. You are lucky to have him. We need just about everything replaced except door.
