John was very courteous an professional and explained clearly what he needed to do to fix my problem. He put me at ease by telling me what he was going to do. He did a great job. Thank you.

I couldn't be happier with Precision. Ryan came out the same day I contacted them. I was going to simply fix my garage door lock, but after speaking with him it was clear that would be throw-away money when compared to installing an auto garage door opener. He walked me through the process and the options and after I gave him the go-ahead, he completed the work that afternoon. The opener is very quiet - 3 friends were over and all commented about it. My kids learned quickly how to use it as well. I also downloaded the app and just started using it to open and close the door, but I know there's more functionality available. I highly recommend Precision.

We chose precision because of a flyer in the mail. Our expectations were met. New springs, rollers, pulleys, safety cables and inspection of whole system was done. Everything was done on time, it was all explained, although a bit pricey, overall satisfied with the job.

Doing business with these guys was a pleasure. They installed a new garage door and opener for me. As with many older houses, the design of my house created some difficulties with the installation. The new equipment could not be fitted properly with the old equipment, but they put in an extraordinary effort and did a lot of extra work to make everything perform perfectly. I think it turned out to be much more work than they anticipated, but they did the work without complaints and within the original quote. I'd recommend Precision Door to anyone. They are hard working, honest, and just plain pleasant to work with.
