The company responded and the tech was there 1 hr after I called them on a Sat. Joel, my tech, was really great about everything and had an 800 lb wooden 60 year old double car door working like it was installed brand new - cant say enough about him - he is a credit to the company and fantastic doing what he does, thanks Joel!!

tech Brenden showed up right on time and was very knowledgeable and friendly,he went over the whole garage door and told me exactly what I needed to fix the problem.Brenden had everthing finished in under an hour and then tested everything even cleaning the garage door.Excellent service.

Your mechanic, Tim O (I believe) arrived at my home on time, was personable and professional, and presented a fair estimate for the work that needed to be done. After the big snow storm we had the day before my garage door broke and I was unable to close it properly. I called precision Doors and Danny arrived. Within two hours he had the door fixed and working properly. He was very professional and explain each step of the repair procedure to me. I found the price very reasonable for such a repair. I think he did a very good job I would not hesitate to use Precision again.

The company kept in touch with me through the whole process. From my initial contact for an estimate to my final install day. I like that they provide you with the name of the technician coming to your home and they also provide you with a picture and bio of that person. They were on time and so far I have not experience any problems.
