It was below freezing on the day that Jesse was scheduled to come and fix my garage door opener. I’ll be honest that I was surprised when I got the text from him telling me he was on the way. He is professional, friendly, efficient, and in my experience, very honest. He has everything he needed in the truck and carted away the old system, a valuable service where i am. When I looked for a company to come and fix the opener, I saw there were two choices and I went with Precision. Boy, am I glad I did. Thank you, Jesse!

We chose this firm because it was open on weekends. We did not expect same day service, much less the technician arriving at our home in Eastern LI within the hour. We were very pleased with the service and quality of the work. Rob was knowledgeable and did great work. Our attempts to repair the garage door had made matters worse, and caused the door to get stuck in the open position. None of this phased Rob. We are pleased with his work and the 10 year warranty on the new hardware.

Had problem with safety sensor receiver. Rob inspected & trouble shot problem. Determined safety sensor was bad then replaced with new sensors. Sender & Receiver replaced & bingo,problem repaired. Rob was friendly & professional. Job well done. Thanks again a happy customer.
