Israel Hixson was the company representative who came out to repair or replace our garage door opener. He was wonderful. Israel was very friendly and super professional. Unfortunately our garage door opener was not repairable (we have had it since 1993, so it was not a shock). Israel clearly explained the problem (the motherboard). He was able to replace the entire system while he was here and was incredibly competent. Thanks Israel!

Danny was very professional, friendly and thorough. He explained everything in great detail. Texts were sent out with technician's picture and bio. That was a wonderful feature. It made it more personal. I would recommend this company to whoever needs work or service on their garage. They offer senior discounts and mail out coupons too.

I had a problem with my 20 year old garage door opener. I call precision and the technician, Danny, solved my problem. He did a great job. Arrived on time. analyzed the problem, fixed it and was done in about 3 hours. He was polite and quick. Nice job.

I chose Precision because of your A+ with BBB and special offers for seniors. Mike and Justin were the technicians who worked on my doors. I needed the rubber replaced at the bottom of the doors. They also replaced the rollers and did a great inspection. They told me what needed to be done and didn't pressure me to get more. Totally professional - Loved that they called to give me a more precise time they would come so that I didn't have to sit around for 4 hours not knowing when they might come. Can't say enough about both of them. Thank you.
