I needed a small repair on my garage door, the bottom rubber had disintegrated. As I searched for a company I saw the reviews for Precision Garage Door were favorable so I decided to give them a call. The receptionist at Precision was courteous and responsive quickly scheduling my appointments. The technician who arrived at my house to do my repair was Lewis Rodriguez. He was and friendly and professional while doing a great job repairing my garage door. I thought the price for my repair was reasonable. I highly recommend Precision!

The technician came within the timeframe I was told. One of the reasons I chose your company was the lady I spoke to set up the appointment was she said the technician had all the parts to repair my garage door on the truck. Other companies I called said they would come on a Saturday to give me an estimate, but would have to return another day. I was pleasantly surprised to learn I would not have to pay extra because it was a Saturday.

We needed a new gasket on the bottom of our garage door. I found Precision Door Service through an online search. Called and set up an appointment. Our service technician Joe Leonard arrived on time, he was pleasant and knowledgeable, and got right to work. Had the gasket installed in a few minutes. He looked over our door to see if anything else needed attention. We would recommend this company.

My technician was Joe Leonard. He let me know that he was running late with his appointments. My window was 2 -6 pm and he doubted he would be with me by 6.00 pm, but would still come out to make the repair for me. I was able to re-schedule for the next day (10-2 pm). Joe called ahead of time and arrived at noon. He was able to fix my remote control door opener and also programmed an additional remote opener for me. I would not hesitate to call Precision again.

While pricing new garage doors and openers for my 2 car garage, Mike and Taylor were assigned to make an estimate. Mike called with an arrival time and was right on time. Both Mike and Taylor were professional, yet friendly. They thoroughly explained my options and made sure that I understood them. They carefully measured and recorded each door's measurements. Afterwards, they wrote up an invoice while verifying my options. It was due to their professionalism, product knowledge, and genuine interest in making me, the customer, happy that I choose to go with Precision for my new garage doors and openers.
