5 star rating for Precision. Roberto was professional and courteous Arrived at the scheduled time. Inspected the garage door. Gave a reasonable estimate for the replacement of the garage door spring. After agreeing to the price, Roberto was able to replace the spring. Also, calibrated the garage door openers. Excellent work! Thank you, Roberto! Will use Precision again! Thank you for a very professional experience. Our appointment was confirmed by email & text and a reminder was sent one day prior. In addition, an email/text was sent the morning of the appointment along with a picture and bio of the repair person who would be coming. The rep, Roberto Linares, was very professional. He gave the garage door mechanism a thorough review and made recommendations. He replaced the springs and cables and the door was up and running in no time. The entire process, from booking to repair, was surprisingly pleasant and without stress. Would highly recommend.
