Brian explained what needed to be done, I agreed and gave him permission to do the work. He replaced all the moving parts in a very efficient manner. Before the repairs my door was bouncing and jerking trying to self destruct. After the repairs it operates in a very smooth manner

Brian H. Was a great technician. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and showed me the replacement options, as our old door opener was not able to be repaired. He even interacted with my dogs, when they came to see him work. The job was done well, in a short amount of time, and Brian made sure the area was clean. I would recommend this company, along with Brian to anyone looking for garage door service.

We have used Precision in the past and didn't hesitate to use them again when our opener stop working. Richard called in advance and arrived as scheduled. Richard quickly explained my options and I quickly settled for a belt-drive replacement. New unit was installed quickly and Richard answered all of my questions. New unit works great and really impressed on how much quieter it is than the old chain driven model. While working on the installation, Richard noticed the springs on the other door were stressed. I'll be making another appointment with Precision soon.

After taking approximately 45 minutes to try and fix my garage door that had come off the tracks along with the cable that came off the wheel, I knew it needed a professional. When Glenn arrived he said it was by far the worst he had seen! To make matters worse, the door was the largest garage door possible! Glenn took his time to work through the problem and never gave up, leaving me with a door that was as good as new! 5 stars from me!

Brian Birchler came out Sunday morning September 6th to take a look at our garage doors. Usually when you get a 4 hour window from 8-12 you expect the service rep to show up at 11:59. Brian called, specified his time, and was there promptly when he said he would. Brian was professional, knowledgeable, and I felt comfortable (not pressured) with his assessment of the situation. He replaced the garage door opener and we're very pleased with the overall service. I would highly recommend both Brian for his service and Precision Garage Door. Thanks Phil Riggs
