We had a problem with the operation of our garage door opener. We called Precision Door Service who was very responsive and was able to schedule a technician visit for the next day. They were very diligent in keeping us posted on the technician's expected time of arrival. The technician who handled our case was John Delpiu. John was a consummate professional, rapidly diagnosing the root cause of the problem and patiently explaining our various options for repair. Once we decided on a course of action, he performed the repairs quickly and our opener is back to full operations. Overall, an excellent customer experience. Thank you John & Precision Door Service!

We had a garage door that was installed by another company but they didn't install a lock on it. My neighbor had a new garage door installed by Precision. I liked the job the installer did and I called for an estimate for a new door. The technician, Glenn, who came to our house punctually, was a great listener. He got to know us and our needs. He wrote an estimate that exactly met our requirements, which we accepted. We paid 1/2 on the spot. Glenn told us precisely what we had to do to prepare the driveway and garage for the installation. The date was set over the phone by mutual agreement. We knew the time window for the start of the work and the installer came on time. The work was completed skillfully within the time window and the clean up was exemplary. On testing the new door, I was delighted with the results and happily paid the balance due. The door and installation came with a 3 year warranty. Precision employees at every stage and level fulfilled and exceeded the promises made on the website. I heartily recommend Precision Door and Door Openers; it is a classy company, which delivers. We received a coupon for garage door repair and called Precision. The technician, Jackson, was prompt, courteous and friendly. Doors would not close properly as the wheels were coming off the tracks. Jackson assessed the situation and went about correcting it to our satisfaction. He was very careful about tools and equipment in the garage and left no mess. He honored the discount noted in the coupon without question. The final cost was very fair and the entire experience with Precision was very good. I would use them again and highly recommend their workmanship, friendly nature and fair pricing.

Precision installed the original garage door opener in 2005. No problems until now with an upgrade required. Mark was wonderful. Glenn came out and gave me an estimate for a new garage door, wrote the contract and helped me choose a design for the door. Kenny and Mayo installed the door and explained what they were going to do and was very polite and professional. After the door was installed, they programmed the keypads cleaned up and took away the door and all the debris. My son recommended Precision and I am glad that I took his advise. I'm going to refer Precision, not just for the product, but because of the men who work for the company. I am very satisfied with the door, installation and the color, Tudor brown, which is spot on and the design. This is definitely a five star company.
