My new garage door was installed the on Dec. 9, 2021. "Precision" lives up to its name. Dealing with this company is a first class experience. I was treated as an important customer, receiving at least 20 e-mails with updates or suggestions. On the phone, employees are respectful, helpful, a pleasant experience. The company's chief executive makes contact, as well, and it's a pleasant experience. The tech who set up my new door was a very pleasant, helpful young man, and totally skilled in his duties.

Tech was very professional. Replaced springs, cables, pulleys etc. Adjust the settings on the motor. Door operates smoothly and super quiet. Fixed this problem before by using Home Depot parts. Never again. Great job.
