Customer service is obviously a top priority for Precision Door. From the first phone call, texts along the way and finally the service call, everything was top notch. The technician, Xavi, arrived early (after calling to see if that would be okay). He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We only needed a battery backup replacement this time, but he evaluated both our doors, did some routine maintenance and determined they did not need any further work. Highly recommend Precision Door!!

I was very pleased I selected Precision to replace my garage door motor. I had no problem making an appointment. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. I was notified 15 minutes before he arrived. He went right to work. Explained what needed to be done. Completed the job in the time he said it would take and really did a nice job cleaning up. Precision was excellent! Was able to get an appointment scheduled quickly, repairperson showed up as expected and quickly identified the issues we were having and made repairs. Problem was with our springs and he replaced them as they were under warranty. Appreciated the multiple forms and frequency of communications (text, email, phone) as well as attention to COVID practices. Will definitely use them again!

So far, more than all good. Precision Door Service has taken care of us from beginning to end. The rep, Kevin Stasiak, was informative, safe (given COVID), and speedy. And it was all topped off with a quietest, and quite frankly the most impressive garage door opener. I definitely plan to use Precision again ... if needed.

After making an appointment for a repair on the lift master that was installed by precision in 2011 I received a call from technician Charles Gripenburg to advise me he would be be at my home between 1:30-2:00. He arrived in that time frame and proceeded to analyze the problem. He advised me of the cost to rectify and with my approval he proceeded with the repair. I found Charles to be professional and very personable. I would not hesitate in calling precision again.
