The service technician was a 5. The price for the part was extremely overpriced. On the liftmaster travel module parts site the highest price was 21.99. Precision charged 195.00. It seems l was charged for a motor and module replacement. Not a good buisness practice?

My garage door opener failed unexpectedly. I called a different company first (local to my home) but got a story about how busy they were and they couldn't install for over a week. So I got in touch with Precision,as they had installed my garage door a while back. Response was prompt and friendly. I received a message from Luke Stachura that he would stop by the following day. He called when he was on his way and estimated his time of arrival. He arrived right on time and identified himself as per company requirements. He discussed with us the type of openers they install, the different options (he had the opener I wanted with him!) and the cost. I purchased an optional keypad for outside the door to replace the inoperable one. Luke installed the opener quickly, made sure all parts were operational and was very thorough in explaining the operation and the app. He was respectful, knowledgeable and left the garage clean. Top notch service; I highly recommend Precision as they are a customer-oriented company, and you are in good hands if Luke will be your technician.

Ryan Patrick Murphy fixed our door and did a phenomenal job. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was updated on the door with a broken spring on our early 70s house. He spent the time to show us how to use the lubricant and made sure every detail was perfect on the fix. Ryan was an extremely polite person and called us to let us know when he would arrive. We give this technician and Precision an A+ for customer service, timeliness, fair price and attention to detail.

Technicians came out today to replace two panels of our new garage doors that arrived damaged during the initial installation. The technicians were great... friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. However, after replacing the two panels, we noticed that one of the new panels is also damaged. So, we’ll be clearing out the garage for a third time , taking off of work for the third time, and technicians will comes out for the third time. Perhaps these panels need to be packaged better/differently, because the damage is in the same area as before. What a waste of time and energy on both ends. If there’s good news to this it’s that Precision stands by their products until they get it right. 3 stars for my frustration and inconvenience.
