One year after moving into our new home. we realize in our garage the door was very hard to open and close. It usually go off track sometimes . that’s when we started looking around to find someone who can take a look at our garage door to see if they might be some damage to it or should we just get a new one. after going over it with my wife. We decide to just get a New door. On doing so we happen to stumble along a clipper magazine in our local area. and in it they was a company call PRECISION DOOR SERVICE of Northern New Jersey. next day we call that company. Got in touch with Mike Antonelli who is precision garage door exert. made an appointment to see mike who came by and present us with two proposal.which was very detail, and itemized. mike was very respectful, kind and understanding of our needs and wants.to make a long story short. We decide to go with the second proposal.which was a new door with side motor.mike assure us that it will get done within 2-5 week. and big thanks to mike antonelli, marc Mackenzie who did a great job installing our garage door and everything else that goes with it. also big thanks to everyone else who have email, text and call to keep us in touch along the way till the project was done.So if you’re looking to get your garage door repairs, installation, and openers done.please reach out to Precision Garage Door.

Very professional. Very organized. Quality workmanship. I had another company show a few days earlier and I had to kick that guy from our house. I did not realize that garage door repairs is a big investment so get prepared in that sense, it's not like calling a plumber to unclog a toilet. Therefore, better to get it done correctly the the first time in order to help avoid future repairs and expense.

The initial repair call was received with patience and was very helpful. The service date was scheduled to be within a timely date. Jack was a gentleman. Hope that does not embarrass him. Polite. professional, thorough. He tried to help even though he couldn't. My garage too much of a challenge. Our Precision door is beautiful and adds so much to our house. However, the ceiling too low and sides too narrow to accommodate either door opener. Too bad. He tried.
