Jeff was on time and quickly assessed our issue and proceeded to provide us with 3 options to correct it. He provided his expert opinion while considering our needs to help us make the best decision that not only met our financial needs but also that of our usage. Once we got that out of the way, Jeff got to work on installing our new motor and all of its support equipment. He took the time to explain all of the new features and how to use them. Great technician! Gave me his card in case I have any follow up questions.

I booked Precision Garage Door mostly on a whim (HomeAdvisor search), but they did have a number of positive reviews online. I am very glad I chose them. Their service techs, especially Rob, were incredibly professional and friendly. As someone who owns a couple of properties and deals with contractors now and then, it is very rare to see that combination of interpersonal skills. They're either professional and all business, or friendly but not very professional as far as keeping commitments, callbacks, etc. Their tech Rob called me when he was on his way and offered to buy me a drink because he was stopping at 7-Eleven! That was a first for me. I've never had someone who I haven't even hired for a complete job yet offer to buy me something. My garage door works smoother now than when it was first installed, and that was only 3 years ago when the house was newly built. You can't beat a 10 year warranty either.The price was a bit more than what I was expecting, but I will gladly pay for service like this any day of the week.
