Excellent service from call to schedule and technician coming out. They work around your schedule so not to make huge problem worse. That’s rare and appreciated! Luke was friendly and professional, explained options to get my garage door functioning properly. He kept me updated along the way. His service was exceptional which is really hard to find. He took pride in his work. When everything was done, Luke took the time to explain in detail what was done, answered all my questions before leaving. I highly recommend this company and tech to anyone who has issues with their garage doors.

The technician was very cordial and professional. The installation went without any issues. HOWEVER I noticed some time later that he spliced the wires to the indoor remote opener and wrapped tape around the wires. Evidentially the wire was cut and this was his repair. That was the only complaint I have.

This was my first experience with needing a garage-door spring repair/conversion, I selected Precision as their telephone customer service was reassuring and their pricing seemed competitive to other places I had called. Having the ability to watch the progress of the technician driving to my house, along with having the technician’s photograph was reassuring. My technician, John Delpiu, explained exactly what service I would require, the cost of each individual item, along with the overall cost. He completed the service, cleaned up afterward, and adjusted the garage door up/down travel.

Needed a garage door repair. I got same day service and George as my service tech. George was knowledgable and did an excellent job of explaining his repairs and the parts needed to do the repair. George was respectful and a pleasure to have around. He made the repairs in a timely, professional manor and cleaned up after himself. What more could you ask for!
