As I was in need of immediate repair service for broken springs and worn cables for my 16' garage door, I called Precision after checking ratings of competitors, and was happy I did. George Miranda, my service mechanic arrived on time as scheduled, conducted an evaluation of my door and gave me recommendations as to the most economical and safest way to proceed with servicing the door. George was very personable, professional and efficient n his work and is truly an asset to this company. Although the pricing was a bit higher than some competitors, I feel that in my case, it was money well spent for the expeditious service, top grade replacement parts and 10 year warranty. Precision Doors attention to customer service is top notched. I highly recommend them. Thank-you, George for a positive experience.

The service was excellent. Richard Coleman came out to look at my garage door issue (snapped spring). He provided a range of options to consider but didn't push to upsell (rollers, etc.) because he listened to my stated priorities (just getting the door working again vs. upgrading anything). Once we agreed to proceed with the job, he was done extremely quickly. I would definitely recommend Precision (and Richard) to anyone needing quality & prompt work done.

Tim Rainey was the technician assigned to my repair. He was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, explained what options I had to fix the problem and expertly carried out the repair. When finished, Tim took me through everything he had done and explained the operation of the new garage door opener and how the new springs and door balancing would help with the life of the repairs.
