The gentleman who came to my house to fix my garage door opener, was so friendly and honest about what I needed to get done. He worked fast and cleaned up after he was done. He also was friendly with my two doggies. Highly recommend them.

I am so glad that I chose Precision for my garage door repair. Scheduling my appointment online was super easy. The manager Rob even got back to me on a holiday weekend to confirm and request additional information. Brian, the technician assigned to my job, communicated the day off my appointment and provided updates until his arrival. Brian was very knowledgeable & provided key information on what needed to be done. He walked me through the entire process from beginning to end. I’m really happy with my decision to use Precision door for my needs. I work nights and had a problem with my garage door opener. I called and explained my concern. On the morning of Christmas Eve we found our spring tensioner broken and both of our cars trapped in the garage. Called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and a technician was dispatched to our house within four hours. Ryan and James were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Completely overcharged for an issue that turned out to be a loose j bar connection. One bolt fell out and the other was loose. Tech tightened the remaining bolt and put two new ones in. Tightened some additional door bolts and sprayed lubricant on the tracks. All in all about a 10 minute job and that's moving slowly. For that I was charged $212. I get charging for coming on site but I feel the tech took advantage of the situation by not explaining the simplicity of the fix until after getting commitment to pay for expensive door maintenance service. Thats customer service I will remember.

I saw the commercial on TV and decided to call Precision to repair my garage door. The technician was friendly, courteous, polite, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the mechanics. Your prices are not competitive or cost efficient however, the fact that the technician has stocked tools in vehicle to perform repair work right on the spot is great. I think the service call should either be waived or deducted from the service repair price once a customer purchases service of any kind. There should be more discounts offered to make it attractive.
