From beginning to end! Excellent service! The first people I called in fact the only ones ! I was that confident ! Precision was recommended by NextDoor members! I was away and they waited patiently for my return and then gave a prompt installation date! Totally replaced door and motor in less than 2 1/2 hours! Reasonably priced!

Exceeded expectations! Came to repair a broken spring and found a number of other issues with the garage door that needed attention/repair. Both staff were knowledgeable, courteous, considerate, and professional. My garage door opens smoothly and quietly and I'm thankful to have it repaired. I also purchased a new garage door opener and it's great. So glad that Thomas had the time to install that as well.

Absolutely disgusted with the services provided by this company. I paid $1000+ for an insulated door. My father-in-law stayed at the house for the install. When I came the following day I found they gave me a regular door with no insulation. I called and today a tech came to replace the door. This door doesn't even seal properly and is mounted about two inches off center. Why bother with an insulated door if it doesn't even close properly? Buyer beware. Woefully inadequate.
