Poor. The technician came over upon my call. All I needed was a little adjustment in my door because it was closing uneven. The guy offered me a $348 plan to do maintenance on the door and fix it. I said no. Then he offered me a $144 plan which I don’t know what did it include. I said ok. In 5 minutes he fixed it. Horrible if I had said yes to the $348. Guys, please don’t do that.

The technician, David, was professional, thorough, and gave me multiple options for maintaining my garage doors. Very pleased with the initial visit to select our new garage doors, with the follow up emails keeping us apprised of status, and on installation day as well. The salesperson, Michael, and the installer, Will, were both perfectly friendly and professional. And I don't typically get the opportunity to say this, but both also seemed to be very happy to be doing what they're doing. I don't believe that you can fake that. Had to install new rail with chain and steel cord for $314.00 since your company does not sell just the steel cord that snapped. Said I needed a new drive unit for $750.00 additional. I opened the drive box after he left and found that he dislodged the nylon center screw that moves the worm gear. Also said the worm gears were stripped, they only had white grease and were fine. I reattached the dislodged piece myself that he messed up while he was trying to adjust. The unit works fine now. You might want to give your employee further training. Was not impressed with his knowledge.

We recently purchased our home, back in December of 2020. One of the things we knew we needed to do was replace the beat up old garage doors, and mismatched, loud old garage door openers. We utilized their 0% interest promo, and opted to get 2 new garage doors, 2 new openers, and a keypad for exterior entry. The job was done in less than half a day, and everything turned out beautifully. We've received compliments from both neighbors and family, and the noise from using the garage doors has been dramatically reduced. Would recommend this Precision for anyone's garage door needs.
