Marc and Eric did a terrific job installing the new door and we appreciate Louis' assistance in designing it for us. Every appointment was confirmed with a photo of the individual who would be visiting. Phone calls were also made to let us know when Precision representatives were on the way. Precision provides very professional service that is greatly appreciated.

Aside from the 4 hr. window one has to be available and at home, which makes it hard for one to work, Precision does an excellent job. We had a big job, almost everything replaced and it was done efficiently and with courteously.

The representative from the company arrived when he said he would, listened as I explained the problem and then got right to work to resolve the issue. When I set up the call, I was informed that there would be a service charge, but the guy told me that there was no charge as we were still under warranty from the last call, a couple of years ago.
