I scheduled an appointment for a problem with the garage door opener. Precision confirmed the appointment by email and also included pictures of their technicians to help eliminate impostors or scams, which was appreciated. The technician, George Rosso, was very professional and courteous. The problem was intermittent, which adds to the difficulty in troubleshooting but he was patient, thorough and not hurried. He stayed until it was fixed because, as he said, the customer's satisfaction is important. I wish I would have used Precision sooner.
