A technician arrived the same day I called. I was given a 2 hour window AND a text and phone call when he was on his way. Tim explained the possible problems and provided options for how to address them. I am pleased with the efficiency of his work and the results, and feel I was charged a fair price. I first had Damon out to my house for an estimate of cost for a new garage door and opener. After talking to Damon and of course he answered all my question's, I decided to purchase a new door and opener. Today tech Kasey did a fantastic job. He worked and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Precision for a new garage door/opener. Also I must say both Damon and Kasey are fantastic employees for your company. I know if I ever need anything for my garage door, I will call your company, and recommend Precision to everyone I know.
