Broken Garage Door Spring Repair

This was my second experience Precision Garage Door and I was again very happy with the results. The spring on one of my garage doors broke on Saturday evening. I didn't think I'd be able to get in touch with them until Monday morning, but decided to give them a call on Sunday and leave a message. I actually ended up getting an appointment for Sunday afternoon!! George showed up as scheduled, and completed the job quickly and professionally. Each of the times I've used Precision Garage Door, they have been easy to deal with, professional, and done a great job. I highly recommend them.

We are very happy with our new door. Justin Whipkey was very professional, efficient and polite. We only have one suggestion that more careful measurements be taken in the future. The gentleman that did the original measurements seems to have measured the clearance at the roof incorrectly. When raising the door broke two of the overhead lights. We will have to move them or not have lights on that end of the garage. Justin cleaned the glass and mess up so we did not have a concern in moving our vehicles back into the garage.
