Damon was on time and very professional - easy to talk with and answered all my questions. He explained our situation was due to a recent power outage we experienced. He re-set and calibrated our system and we were soon back to normal. He also handled another minor issue with the lighting on both of our openers. I wouldn't hesitate to use Precision again, and would request Damon if I could.
