I can't believe how often I don't get the service I've paid for. But this was not the case with Precision Garage Door Service. The technician, Marcus, showed up on time and called me about fifteen minutes before he arrived. I thought it would take an hour or two to fix my door, but he fixed it in about twenty minutes. He was courteous and explained the problem and the repairs very clearly. I would definitely use Precision again and would recommend them to others. I always let people know when they fail to live up to their claims so I always like to give credit to those who do.
