Aaron arrived promptly at the beginning of the 2 hour window. He checked out the problem we were having (the door wouldn't open after a power outage) and resolved it. He advised us that our opener was on its last legs. He wasn't "pushy" about buying a new opener. However, we did choose to have a new opener installed. He worked efficiently and when he was done, he explained the operation of the new opener and answered any questions we had. We were very pleased with the service we received from Precision Door Service and Aaron. We would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Sal arrived on time and well within the time frame window given. Broken spring was fixed in less than 45 minutes. He also lubed up our door rollers to quiet the door a bit. Nice touch! Very professional. We have nothing but nice things to say about Sal and Precision Door!
