My entire experience with PRECISION GARAGE DOOR OF PITTSBURGH, PA was wonderful. From my phone call explaining my problem until saying goodbye to my tech, CORI MERKEL. She was very knowledgeable and also pleasant to talk with and thoroughly explained each step in repairing my garage door. I received email updates and phone calls from CORI letting me know she was on the way and when she would arrive at my home. I also received an email with my tech, CORI MERKEL'S PICTURE included which I appreciated so there would be positive identification upon her arrival.
