This was the best home improvement business that I have dealt with. I have had a few in the last couple of years. They were friendly, not pushy, and explained everything very clearly. I would recommend them to anyone. I now have a beautiful new garage door and no leftover trash. The cost was very reasonable.

I called early on Monday morning and expected to get an appointment to repair/replace the spring on our garage door that broke on Saturday evening. The scheduler gave me a choice of appointments on the same day, Brian P. was at our home on time and completed the repairs within an hour. He was very efficient, explained what needed to be done and gave me the estimate prior to beginning the job. He was done within an hour. We are very pleased to give Brian and the entire Precision Garage Door staff a 5-star rating. Great work. No hassles and the price was below our expectation. Thanks.

Marcus was very professional, personable and efficient. He also went out of his way to repair my door, which needed new sensors. Unfortunately, it had snowed the previous night and he wasn't able to get his truck to the garage. He had to trudge through about three inches of snow to get to it and complete the repair. The customer service reps I spoke with over the phone to make the appointment were also very, very good. I'd recommend Precision without hesitation.

we were very pleased with the service. Randy was very knowledgeable and proficient. we were unsure what we wanted to do. Replace everything or just the springs. Randy showed us our options and the cost of each. We opted for an Overhaul. Randy completed the work in a timely manner. And the door works great and doesn't wake the dead anymore .

Not happy with Precision Door at all. Overpaid for repairing 2 springs on 1 door. Received estimate for 2nd door repair and install garage door opener $1,200.00. Has 2nd estimate from another garage door company and had them do work for $310.00 which included moving electrical light fixture that was in the way. Precision is PRICEY!!
