Randy Swann was our technician. He definitely knows what he is doing. There was no wasted motion or time. He checked our door, determined the problem, gave me an approximate cost and got to work as soon as I approved what he was going to do. R He had everything he needed to make the repairs in his truck. Randy called to let us know he was on the way and when he would arrive. The company sent us an e-mail telling us Randy was on the way, along with his picture and information about him, so we knew who he was when he arrived. He arrived on time, got to work and had the job finished in a little over an hour. The motor, track and belt, safety eyes, control pads (inside and out), and emergency battery pack were replaced. I am extremely pleased with the equipment and the quiet operation. There are still good service companies around and Precision is at the top of my list.

The service was great, the repairs were explained and completely done in a timely manner. As a senior I was thankful for the extra 5% off my bill. Although and I am sure, we all complain about the costs being too high.
