The technician, Conner Scott, did an excellent job. He explained what caused the problem of the door jumping the track, then replaced three wheels that were damaged. He was very efficient and professional, checked the entire operation of the door, lubricated all the joints, and made sure everything was working well. Conner is very professional!

You were at my house within an hour of me calling you,which is unheard of now days.That was great .Tech was very good and polite and knew what he was doing.He quoted price which I thought was very reasonable.He had repair done very quickly.From time of call to end of repair was less than 1 1/5 hours,And that was on Saturday.GREAT all the way around????

I called Precision because we had dealt with them some years ago at another house.Due to that favorable experience, I called again to have the door in our current house serviced. We made the initial call for service on a Saturday because of a broken bracket. The technician, Randy Swann, came out the next day on Sunday to perform the repair. He was very courteous and professional and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. We needed a new spring and cable assembly and Randy was able to make the repair on the spot. He clearly explained his work and gave a price quote before starting. He did fantastic work and I would highly recommend him and Precision Garage Door Service! Thank you, Randy!

We called them to replace our garage door and they did. A year later 2 sections of the door are bubbling or preferated out so I call them. They accuse us of hitting into the door and will not do nothing about it. I would never do business with them again I give them a 0 Worst experience ever !!!!

Our garage door spring broke this morning and precision garage door gave me a same day appt . I got an email stating who would be arriving (Aaron) and he showed up right on time. Aaron was very courteous and professional. He looked at the issue and provided me 3 separate quotes for range of services and let me decide with out trying to sell me the options. He replaced the springs and was done within 20-30 mins and did a thorough job. I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Aaron. Thank you!

My installer was Chuck Hummel he was here promptly at 9am. His first task was just trying to open the old garage door. He was very courteous I heard him finishing up around 2pm and went down to my garage. It looked beautiful. He had me log in a password explained about the safety plates on either side of the door and even tightened my mailbox. I was very pleased with my garage door and with the very thorough installer. All the remains of the old garage door were in his truck. He did a spectacular job. He told me if I have a problem with the door to call him and he'll come out. I am very happy with my Precision garage door. Thank You.
