They were fantastic. I called first thing in the morning since my door didn't go all the way up and i hit it with my suv. Then I couldn't get the dorr up to get my car out. They gave me and appointment between 12 and 2 and called in advance and arrived around 12:00. The service man was very helpful and polite. I would highly recommend them.

Randy was my technician. He inspected the entire door, offered me several options to repair and upgrade the performance of my door, performed the work as quoted, was fast, clean, and efficient. Door is so much quieter, runs smooth with less strain on my Lift Master opener. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service. Randy was a great guy, very knowledgeable.

I chose Precision because I knew they would be able to repair the broken spring within a day. I called at 9 pm on a Sunday night and was able to schedule the appointment the next day. Brian was very friendly and knowledgeable and had everything finished in less than an hour.

Had to find someone to fix my 97 year old father's garage door. Went to the yellow pages and the first one I saw was Precision . Called and got same day appt. which was great. A nice young man came at 4:30p and was professional, found the problem and fixed the broken pulley. The price was reasonable. We were so satisfied that my father wants them to come back and install a new door. We highly recommend this company.

Technician was very professional and explained in detail what was needed. He also explained other services they provide.
