The technician was very knowledgeable and saw the problem right away and fixed my garage door with new cables, springs, etc. He had a great personality and was so nice to chat with as he worked. It was a good experience and I am so happy that I can get back into my garage now. Thank you!

Marcus arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, found a part that solved the problem, and installed the new part. Payment was electronic, and that is the rub. I gave him my credit card, I signed with my finger, and I await for my receipt on-line. I got a receipt for the service today, but no mention of the controller part that was installed. It has a one year warranty, but don't know what the part is or the model number. Please email me the parts info. Thanks.
