The person who came to look at my door was very nice, but was not able to help me on Monday. When I called, I said I had to get my son's car out of the garage. That information was not on his paperwork, so he really couldn't do anything; a tech had to come out. None were available, so I had to start calling other services for help. I was able to get someone else over that helped me get the door up and my son's car out.
