JUSTIN ARRIVED AT THE TIME OF APPOINTMENT.HE WAS VERY PROFESSINAL AND HAD THE GARAGE DOOR REPAIRED IN ABOUT A HALF HOUR. I WOULD CALL PRECISION AGAIN IF NEEDED.

I called Precision on Friday, they came out Saturday and repaired my garage door and installed new opener right then. I have to say, the service was awesome, the technicians were professional, friendly and very efficient. The best experience in hiring a new company for a service! Highly recommended.

In any service industry, what often differentiates competitors is their customer service and how you handle an issue after the service was performed. Thankfully, in our case, we haven't needed any follow up yet! As for the customer service, our experience was excellent. The initial scheduling phone call was ok but our tech Marcus, was tremendous! For a Saturday night emergency call, he couldn't have been any better. He started with a quick call letting me know he was on his way (don't underestimate this, it's huge). He arrived on time and ready to work. Very courteous and professional. Marcus thoroughly explained our options with no pressure to choose a more expensive solution. In the end, we decided on the more extensive repair. When the work was complete (appx 11pm I think), he didn't appear to be able n a rush to leave and again, walked us through his work. Marcus was engaging and personal and as a result, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both him and Precision to anyone.. Thanks again for the excellent service.. 5 stars to Precision, thanks to Marcus!

Marcus was truthful, honest about the repair and very knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend him. It was Mother's day and my garage door would not close. Called Precision because I thought the garage door sounded louder than usual. I was able to obtain an appt for the next morning and the tech (George) arrived at 9a. He tightened the chain on the door opener and lubed all the hinges. I was relieved everything was checked and functioning properly! Precision is a great company and I'm glad I chose them!
