called your co. on a Wednesday afternoon with a broken garage door spring problem on one of our two, large doors (9' doors about 500-600lbs.) talked to Haley who was very helpful & knowledgeable. she explained everything i could expect in detail, and promptly set up an appointment for the next day (including options for two time slots.) the technician actually called before the set time & asked if he could come earlier since he was ahead of schedule. he arrived & not only fixed the initial problem, but recommended replacing the rollers on both doors which i agreed was a great suggestion since i was planning on doing it anyway. (the bearings were worn out & very noisy.) i had a pair of springs replaced on the broken door & rollers replaced on both doors. the work was done in a timely & accurate manner & the price was very reasonable. because of the ease of making an appointment, the prompt response time & the great job that was done, i would recommend your co. to anyone. thanks to all your co.s employees that were involved for their professionalism which is becoming increasing rare these days.
