After reading reviews from other customers, my husband suggested that we call Precision Garage Door to have a technician come in to see if our 22 year old garage door opener could be repaired. Randy Swann and Aaron (in training) made an in depth assessment and told us that it was more feasible to install a new garage door opener (which we knew would be a better choice). Randy showed us three estimates and explained the advantages to each one. Since we were purchasing a new one we decided to go with the third option even though it was more expensive. Since it was installed I can honestly say that it is the quietest one I've ever heard. We were also very pleased to see that they took time to clean up the work area and took all the old parts with them. Randy also suggested that we consider new springs and pulleys. The current springs are not as strong as we should have, given the weight of the garage door. Randy said he would send us an estimate for that as well. I would recommend Precision Garage Door (and Randy) to anyone.
