This was second time we have had Precision at our house. She analyzed the problem and remedied it, along with fixing the problem, she (Cori) is a remarkable person. I like the fact that her introduction of her text (pre arrival) included her many interests which opened conversation quickly. It seemed we were having a friend do the job, then a company. Rob was great, very knowledgeable. He installed a new garage door opener in the exact amount of time that he said it would take which was great since I needed to go to a meeting at work. I love my new garage door opener, it is super quiet. I will definitely use Precision again, they did a great job installing the door itself a few years ago. I highly recommend the company!! I liked the fact that I not only knew who was coming and when but what he looked like before he got here. Your company had good reviews on the internet and when I called an employee answered the phone. Ben did a great repair job and was friendly and easy to talk to, plus I knew how much it would cost before the work started.
