What a fantastic company! Both technicians (Cori and Chuck) were wonderful. They answered any questions I had during both the initial visit and the install. Chuck completed the install in less time than expected. My new garage door is beautiful!

Same day service for a facility as big as The Beaver Valley Mall is important. They did just that. in and out, fixed the problem. Can't ask for much more. Would recommend and use again should the need arise.

I recently moved back here from Germany and my Garage Door Opener broke. I was told Precision did great work and they had 24/7 Service available. The Repairman that came to my house was named Marcus and he gave me an assessment and I decided to just replace the entire Garage Door Opener. Marcus was very professional and has been with Precision for seven years and is very proud of what he does. That spoke volumes to me. He did a great job and we even saved $100 with a coupon.

Needed a complete overhaul on my garage door. Called Precision Garage door service and immediately received a clearly spoken representative. A same day appointment was made. The tech Tim called to ask if it was ok to come a little earlier than the appointment. Which it was. Tim arrived, was very friendly and professional. After going over the door thoroughly he recommended that the door was in need of a complete overhaul. Tim took the time to clearly explain what went bad and why on my door and then fully explained what he will be doing to repair the door. The price seemed fair with the lifetime warranty. I would definitely use Precision again and will recommend them in the future. Thanks Tim.
