Door needed adjusted after new springs were installed on Sunday. Door was not opening properly all the time.Called on Monday & they scheduled a visit on Tuesday since it was not an emergency .Patrick came out and re-adjusted the door controls. It is working better now . Great service & NO CHARGE!

I was unable to close my garage door and needed to have it repaired as quickly as possible. I looked online for a repair service and chose Precision because of their reviews and same day service. I was more than pleased with my decision. The technician actually arrived a little before the designated time. He was extremely courteous, assessed the problem and solved it efficiently. The door is now working better than when it wa brand new. The service fee was very reasonable. I will definitely use Precision in the future!

Came when scheduled. Checked everything over and emailed a detail report with prices for new opener. Nothing repaired at this time. A mystery as to why opener belt quit working? NO CHARGE, NONE AT ALL. Will use this company again, when time comes. Thanks Precision.
