I had Precision replace all the cables and springs and the Garage Door Opener several years ago and I liked the job that was done. I also liked the fact the work was done under warranty. For these two reasons, I elected to call Precision to resolve my problem which was the door would not close properly. The technician Aaron Marks was prompt and did a wonderful repair job.

We had our springs replaced about a month ago and a service call to check our garage door. Great service, great tech, and great customer care! Keith Aikens was kind and very knowledgeable! Would highly recommend!!!
