I am blown away by the level of service I received from Reece. My garage door came off the track and was causing all kinds of issues. I called Precision at 8 pm Sunday night and had an appointment next day between 10 and 12. Reece fixed the track and then fixed the initial noise I had since moving into my home. The door has never been so quiet. And he showed me how to perform maintenance and what to watch for in terms of possibly fixing a few other things. I found out about Precision online in a Facebook group, and I’m so glad I did. I will recommend you to anyone and call you when I need service in the future.

Marcus Fowler replaced the bottom door seals on my two garage doors. He was very professional and friendly and performed the repairs efficiently. I had forgotten to ask him a question about one of the cables and called Precision Door back the next morning. I quickly received a call back from Marcus and he informed me that he did notice the slight fraying of the one cable and did not believe that it should be a concern at this time. I appreciate the candor and quick reply. Thank you for a job well done.
