Cori Merkel was the best. She was very professional. She found the problem with my broken garage door. Ordered the broken panel that I needed and came back and fixed the door in 30 minutes. Could not ask for anything more. Great job !

One of the torsion springs on my double door broke. I called Precision in the early morning and a technician arrived shortly afternoon. Her name is Cori Merkel. Her service was exceptional. The job ended up being a complete overhaul including 2 new springs, 2 cables, 2 end bearings, 2 drums, and 1 center bearing. She completely removed the old system and installed all of the new equipment in less than 2 hours. The price was reasonable and the door opens and closes like new. I also have a lifetime warranty on parts and labor. This job is definitely a 5 star. Thanks Precision.

I really appreciate the picture of the serviceman that is coming to the house. Carlo was very nice and explained everything that needed to be done which I could choose or not choose. I chose to have him do the work because I felt it was necessary. It is good to know a company I can trust.

I can't reply to any of your emails! How does one respond to your estimates if they have a question. Tim came to my house today 4/11/16. So here are my questions to the estimate you sent me: > Can you provide me the Lifetime Warranty Package Details please? > Can I get the upgraded hardware without the warranty and how much would that be and what would be included? I'd like a response soon so we can decide this week.

Went to your chat room last evening when my garage door would only open about 6". Was very pleased to be able to make an appointment for 10AM this morning. Tim showed up promptly and advised me that my torsion spring had failed on my door. He provided me with an estimate and explanation, which I agreed to and promptly and efficiently removed the old hardware and replaced it. Door operates fine again! Thanks!
