I have used Precision for years. They provide prompt and reliable service at a reasonable price. Over the years, I have purchased Precision garage doors and installation and repair services for cables that are worn and worn springs. Their Technicians are well trained professionals, polite, prompt, and inform you of the repair and parts required to make the repair. You can be certain the repair parts required are in their van when they arrive to make the repair.

I highly recommend Precision Garage Door! The cable on my door broke late on Friday night. When I called, the dispatcher was friendly and professional; she helped me secure an appointment for the next morning. On Saturday morning, Reece arrived on time. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and replaced both cables in about 30 minutes. Reece is a fine young man and the company is lucky to have him to represent them on jobs. Thank you!!

So after 2 years of round-to-its I was forced to fix the garage doors. Made the call, Mark came on time and in an an hour and a half everything was taken care of. Much needed springs, cables, pulleys and adjustments! Done, fair price and down the road he went. The next time I need service there will be no hesitation to call this company again. Great job!
